We could get all the critical parts or components that we ordered from them within 30 minutes because they built their mini warehouse of the most critical materials and parts right next to us.
If there was a need for an urgent part that they did not have in stock, the production of that part itself could be performed in a maximum of 6 hours from the moment of ordering. It often happened that there was a need for their services in the late evening hours as well as in the very early morning hours, and at that moment they were there for us.
